End-to-End Encryption

All data in transit between your device and our servers uses TLS 1.2 or higher. Stored payment references — including UPI transaction IDs and Paytm tokens — are encrypted at rest using AES-256.

Cookie Controls

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to measure page performance. You can review and withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time through the cookie preference panel in account settings.

Account Security Layers

Your account is protected by password hashing, two-factor authentication via SMS or authenticator app, and automatic session expiry after periods of inactivity. Suspicious login attempts trigger an instant email alert.

Data Retention Schedule

We keep account records for as long as your account is active and for up to five years after closure, in line with financial-record obligations under Indian law. Inactive accounts are flagged for review after two years.

Third-Party Data Limits

Only payment processors completing your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions receive any slice of your data, and only the minimum required for settlement. No data is passed to advertising networks or analytics brokers.

Your Right to Request Changes

You may request a copy of all data we hold on you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or ask for deletion where no legal retention obligation applies. Submit requests via email or Help Centre ticket for a logged, traceable response.

We collect your full name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and a government-issued identity document for verification. Once you make a deposit, we also store a reference identifier for the UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transaction used.

We share data only with payment processors needed to complete your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions, and with authorities when required by Indian law. We do not sell or rent your data to marketers, data brokers or any unrelated third party.

We retain account and transaction records for up to five years after closure to meet financial and legal obligations under applicable Indian regulations. After that period, records are securely deleted or anonymised beyond recovery.
